1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "77 cb" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" means the online gaming platform accessible at https://77cb.games and any associated mobile applications including the iOS App.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by 77 cb.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration with 77 cb.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's account at any given time, inclusive of real-money deposits and any eligible bonus funds separately designated.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 77 cb subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of 77 cb is restricted by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by 77 cb to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77 cb platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77 cb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. 77 cb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 77 cb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
4. You have not been excluded from any gambling platform, whether voluntarily or compulsorily.
5. The funds you use to fund your 77 cb account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
6. You are not listed on any financial sanctions register maintained by any competent governmental authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 77 cb reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4Account Management

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 77 cb. Where 77 cb identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and void any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77 cb Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 77 cb immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 77 cb accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account balances may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. 77 cb reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity, identity concerns, or potential fraud is identified, pending investigation.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 77 cb English-language support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. 5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77 cb are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. 77 cb does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by 77 cb and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may be adjusted at 77 cb's discretion without prior notice, although Players will be notified through their account interface.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their respective wagering requirements before real-money funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• 77 cb reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request exceeding 100,000 PKR.

77 cb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with an expected resolution timeframe.

6Wagering & Gaming Rules

All games and wagering markets offered on 77 cb are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or event, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwise.

77 cb does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or betting market. Games may be suspended, removed, or modified at any time without notice. Wagers placed on a game or market that is subsequently suspended pending a technical investigation may be voided at 77 cb's discretion, with stakes returned to the Player's balance.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect price or odds, a system malfunction, or a human error — 77 cb reserves the right to void any affected wagers and correct the error, regardless of whether the error was in the Player's favour. This applies to all game verticals including 77 cb Casino, Jackpot Slots, Dota 2 esports, Cockfighting, and sports markets.

7Bonuses & Promotions

77 cb offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, and wagering (turnover) requirements.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are non-cashable until wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 77 cb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to have abused any bonus offer — including through collusion, arbitrage, or multiple account registration — will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for real-money value outside of the applicable wagering pathway.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77 cb and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human Players.
• Collusion with other Players to achieve an unfair gaming advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your personal details during registration or KYC.
• Registering a 77 cb account on behalf of another person.
• Unauthorised access to, or tampering with, any part of the 77 cb platform infrastructure.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts the experience of other Players or the normal operation of the Platform.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 77 cb Platform — including but not limited to the 77 cb brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the iOS App — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77 cb or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of 77 cb is strictly prohibited.

10Privacy & Data

77 cb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering with 77 cb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77 cb implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Player data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

11Responsible Gaming

77 cb is firmly committed to the principles of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and cut-offs.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum PKR loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected period.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77 cb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77 cb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 77 cb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of any part of the Platform, including during periods of high traffic such as HBL Pakistan Super League events or peak holiday periods.

13Amendments & Termination

77 cb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via account notifications and/or email to the address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

77 cb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, or to withdraw access to all or any part of the Platform, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms or where continued access poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of any game or market.

Upon account closure or termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any amounts subject to investigation or disputed bonus claims) will be refunded to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be construed in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 77 cb's dispute resolution team for good-faith resolution.

77 cb operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their country or region of residence. 77 cb makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
